You'd think that being a writer, this'd come easy. Not really.
I'll post as if you already know me, my family, my life.

I'm working on an invitation list for my birthday part next month. It's women only, thank God. Too stressful to invite men. My husband hates parties. (What a barrel of laughs he'd be.) Then I'd have to decide if I invite the single guys I know. A problem would be the women in 'guy mode,' - fun to watch, but painful at the same time. Just having women as guests suits me fine - besides, it's your friends who get you through this life.

I had a great day writing yesterday. I was in the zone and wrote from seven till about two with a few breaks to get kids and hubby out the door. I'm rewriting a paranormal romance which has been requested by Hilary Sares at Kensington Publishing. I have another paranormal which she also requested and she has one of my chick-lit manuscripts.

It's a busy time of year what with baseball and softball for the kids. I try to write first thing in the morning then do my e-mails, my phone calls and go to work for four hours. Then its picking up kids, taking them to practice, making meals and going to games. This Friday I'm going out with friends to see the new Orlando Bloom movie. Who cares what it's called. I'm going to see the man. :)

My husband is at home today. He's a migraine sufferer and because of his meds he's tired all the time. He stayed home to sleep, but someone just called so I woke him up. Just like in the cartoons he held the phone upside down to his ear. "Hello, hello..."
I'm still laughing.
